What an experience. If you wanna live a real Bavarian experience well probably this old location is perfect.
Imagine an old building where when you cross the door you enter in a real and very loud old Bavarian local, where you find wood tables, most of the people are men of every kind of ages and a Bavarian waitress woman gives you a welcome 😁.
Well we waited for a while because the place was packed but the owner was very kind and after a good bear he found us a spot.
One girl for all the people in the local to serve, but she was amazing and she managed everything with no problem, it was surprising. Bavarian women are incredible.
After that what about the food, well I aspect to eat some topical food and at the end was exactly what you can aspect, heavy meals but we'll cocked, probably not the best but it was a really good experience.
And thinking now I'm sure that the quality was good, because when you eat heavy food and the quality is not good, for sure after that you have problems to digest, but and this case nothing append, so perfect 😁
The only cons was that I can't try their tipical dessert, do not ask me the name because I can't pronounce, anyway was our foul because was too late and the kitchen was already closed for prepare this dessert that takes 25 minutes for the preparation.

Read moreI confirm that the waiter/waitress here are not fond of foreigners. Very rude and borderline racist
Once I was waiting at a table outside for 10 min and no one was coming, so I went in and saw the waiter. I told him “one weissbeer please “. He nodded impatiently. I went outside and waited, a few minutes later he came out. So I told him again that I want a weissbeer (I said “weissbeer please”) he then started saying “guten tag, guten abent, hallo, bitte!?” Again and again to me. I was a bit confused so I repeated my order, but soon realized that he was pissed I didn’t say “gute abent” or “bitte” to him. To be fair I did say “please” and because my German isn’t good at all, I tend to just stick to English most of the time.
Later on he brought the beer out, I said thank you, but he just smashed it on my table and left
I really hate to say it because I used to drink/dine here quite a lot, but the way they treat foreign customers is...
Read moreDear Travelers from abroad ! It is not fair beeing rated "poor" (one star) because they dont speak YOUR language...as well beeing rated "poor" just because it is "cash only". I am german but not Bavarian and can understand very well that some feel beeing treated "rude". And so did I. Of course i know by now how to "rate" it. But how should you ? Believe me, it is original and typical and i am happy to know a place in town where it is as it was and shall be. I would not dare rating the Italian in Italy poor, or the Spanish in Mallorca (:) bad because they do not speak german. I choose a spot because of local license plates in the parking....and would be disappointed if they speak english..or german. Enough. I realy enjoyed my beer and i will come again for local food, beer...
