Kulisse — Restaurant in Munich

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered club sandwiches and cheese sandwich , and it was honestly terrible – cold, low quality, and definitely not worth the price. To make things worse, the staff were rude and unprofessional. Even though we ordered a Sprite, the employee insisted that we still had to order more drinks, claiming it was the restaurant’s “policy.” When we asked where this policy was written, she just said, “That’s what my manager told me.” This kind of behavior feels dishonest and disrespectful. Absolutely the worst coffee experience I’ve had. I ordered a flat white, and what they served was a double espresso with barely 10ml of milk foam — nothing like a proper flat white. When I politely asked the barista about it, he got rude and started shouting at me. I told him it looked more like a macchiato, and his response? “Drink it or leave.”
