McDonald's — Restaurant in Munich

The staffs are so rude. I cant explain how these people are working in a fastfoodchain with this kind of Attitude. Ive ordered a menu form the app. A coupon menu worth around 9euro or 10. A meal with 2 big mac and a fries and cola. Ive ask the them if its posible to change the other one with royal ts burger becauae for the past 5 years here in Germany Munich its always posible as long as you burger are not the regular ones. The moment she said no her collegue already speaks in yugos or russisch. Its ok if in German or Deutsch because were here in Germany. And then she said next loud as if im not buying or paying for my food. She is sooo rude and totally unprofessional. I didnt even said bad things or did things to annoy her. Its bad. We said dine in. And the food was not on tray like other costumers. Hopefully there will trainings with regards to how to properly talk...

You would think that a McDonald that's placed by a big international station would serve fresh food because there's lots of people going through.

You would also think that eating at McDonald's gives you some kind of assurance that you know what you are getting since the restaurants sell the same things all over the world... that there's a certain quality and taste to the food... but no.

Food wise, there's nothing redeeming about this place.

The buns are stale, the food is prepared with no care at all AND tastes disgusting. I suggest you avoid this place at all costs.

One star, since you can't give zero, but also because the staff is nice and can be somewhat communicated with (broken mix of English...

I've never experienced a worse service than this, this is unacceptable for such a large company as Mcdonalds. My friend ordered his food normally and paid for it, while he was waiting, he started speaking in Serbian (his native language) and a girl who introduced herself as a manager got so mad because she is Albanian, and she showed to him a UÇK sign with two hands, which is so disrespectful... Please Mcdonalds, take care of this rude behavior, because such a large company should not have...
