We went there and the personnell was very friendly. The food was awesome and we had a variety of a few starters. All of them were really well made and delicious with a very unique combination of ingredients. As a main course i had the Surf&Turf which was the highlight and super tasty. Not only the combination of sea food, banana chips and beef was very unique but also the roastbeef was super soft and frankly the best one I’ve ever had. We were a party of four but unfortunately one had to eat by himself because his order didn’t come along with the others which is a no go. They simply forgot his order. Also he wasnt really convinced by his Ramen. the brath was very standard and not really worth the price. He would have expected something more creative and not something you can order in any other asian restaurant given the price. It took almost an hour for someone to take our order (we had to flag down the waitress), received our starters much later and still didn’t have our mains 2.5 hours after arriving. Service was sparse and many tables were left totally unattended. We were never asked if we wanted to order more drinks, nor were the plates from our starter cleared. Only after asking where our food was were we told there are „issues in the kitchen“. In this situation I’d expect better communication and service. Instead, waitresses avoided eye contact. The cocktails were a bit overpriced. We did not know when coming that we could only select from 4 expensive Sylvester menus of food we did not want to order. The menus were from 65€ to 85€ per person. For over 140€, it was not up to par and we could've had better food, for less money, somewhere else. Then, we were limited in selecting cocktails.
