HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. I don’t care how “popular” you think your restaurant is - this was one of the WORST dining experiences I’ve ever had. Ever.
First of all, we waited almost ONE HOUR for our food. I had to go and ask the waitress what’s going on, and she just said, “Yeah sorry, so many people come in.” What kind of excuse is that?? That’s not my problem. I came here to EAT, not to sit around and be ignored. AND I MADE A RESERVATION. Don’t even try to use that weak excuse like “oh maybe you didn’t reserve” well.. I DID. So why was I waiting like a fool?
And then — when the food finally showed up — NO PLATE. I had to wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES for a PLATE. I got up and asked AGAIN, and the waitress just said “oh sorry” like it’s no big deal. You know what’s worse? When she finally brought the plate, she slammed it on the table like she was mad at me. Excuse me?? It’s your JOB to bring the plate. You already made me wait forever - now you want to act rude too?
It gets worse. I ordered bulgogi, which is supposed to come with lettuce (ssam) and guess what? NEVER CAME. No explanation. No apology. Just nothing. It’s like you guys forgot or just didn’t care.
Now the part that really pissed me off: Two Korean customers sat next to us. They came after us. They ordered after us. Guess what? Their food came QUICKLY. Everything served quickly and perfectly. Why?? Are you seriously prioritizing Korean customers over everyone else?? That’s not just bad service. That’s discrimination. Is this how you treat people who aren’t Korean? If yes then this place is not just disorganized .. it’s DISGUSTING.
Don’t even DARE say “oh we’re very busy” .. Anju, Yuyumi, and Hansam are also busy Korean restaurants in Munich and they NEVER treat people this badly. Their service is actually respectful and organized. Unlike here.
You charge high prices but deliver the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Staff don’t communicate. They don’t care. They don’t smile. They don’t apologize. And clearly, they have no clue how to manage time, service, or basic respect.
You should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. You made me feel like I wasn’t welcome, and that’s something I’ll never forget.
This place is a joke. Waste of time. Waste of money. Never coming back. And I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids...
Read moreI’ve been disappointed by the flavour of the food that was served. The cabbage soup and the perilla leaves were great but everything else didn’t taste good. The beef in the bibimbap bowl has so much garlic that it dominated all the flavour, the dish had not enough salt. Their kimchi tastes a bit fad. The red bean paste noodles also did ist taste good. In general I don’t like what they did with the restaurant. Previous owner was much more authentic and balanced in flavours. The new restaurant has a very Americanised menu with melted cheese on dishes and missing important dishes on the menu like japchae noodles or the Korean pancake etc… The waitress was very polite and attentive but we will not...
Read moreAbsolutely brilliant! We were there as family of two adults and a two kids. We ordered a mix of different dishes and everything I tried was full of flavours and top quality. Kimchi was crisp and flavourful, Crispy chicken juicy in the inside, crisp in the outside and sauce sticky and tasty. Kids really loved the vit more excotic soft drinks. Nice ending was the delicious Mochis.
Might be the best korean restaurant I have ever been in.
Prices were mostly very decent but I almost dropped one star because I did not really like how water was priced. 2,9 for 0,25 or 6,2 for 0,75 was bit steep. Well we did not drink water so that didn't...
