Stopped by this Starbucks location with my father while looking for a quick snack later in the day on a Sunday (few other establishments were open in the area). The barista who took our order for two coffees and two pastries was very nice and promptly handed over our food. After we sat down and began enjoying our snack, a different waitress stormed over to our table and demanded, in an extremely rude voice and using horribly insulting terms, that we leave immediately as they were closing soon. Apparently finding our bewildered look unsatisfying, she reiterated her tirade saying essentially (I am paraphrasing as I don't recall the exact words that she used), "yes, I am serious - get out NOW!" I realize that German / European standards for service isn't exactly what one expects coming from the United States, but this treatment was over-the-top terrible. It also didn't help that this location didn't have their opening hours posted...

worst Starbucks i have ever been to. we ordered a birthday frappuccino, a cookies & cream frappuccino, and a melon pearls coconut refresha. the cashier asked us if my sister wanted whipped cream on her c&c frappuccino, and her friend if he wanted coconut milk in the melon refresha. we said yes to all of them, but got none in return. it felt like the cashier asked us only to spite us. ("coffee or tea?" "coffee please" "wrong, it was tea") the birthday frappuccino tasted like the hazelnut syrup was cooked in undiluted factory oil, cookies&cream frappuccino tasted very very watery, and the melon refresha didn't have any coconut flavor at all, let alone coconut milk. we paid 20€ for literally 1 and a half drinks, and a full cup of ice with only an intention of adding the drink to it. and there were trash on most of the tables, uncleaned. no one has come to clean up either. i do not...
