🔥What’s special? They offer not only healthy , delicious food but also fitness classes and other types of events. After a nice workout class, you can treat yourself to a yummy meal.
🥗Menu: lots of vegan and vegetarian options on the breakfast menu. You like smoothie bowls with Brazilian açaí, tropical mango or dragon fruit topped with home made granola, nut butter or fruit? You’ll also find fresh smoothies and raw pressed juices. They also serve avocado and hummus bread.
😋Taste: I had the ImmortlGoddess with banana, spinach, avocado and toppings. It was okay. The purée was a bit tasteless. But that’s a unique choice and other people may like it. Toppings included fruit, home made granola and peanut butter. The bowl would taste even better with crunchy toppings such as cashew nuts or even almond butter. As a bowl junky and food nerd I give it 8/10 stars.
🌍Reservation: give it a try even if you don’t see availability in the reservation System. I went at 10.15 am on a Sunday morning after no possibility to reserve and was the second person. A lot of people started arriving from 10.45 onward.
🏡Vibe: mix of people from young hipsters to Families and singles.
💶Price: Breakfast bowls 9-12€, smoothies 7-8.50€, lunch bowls 14-16€, fresh tea 3.90€, cappuccino 3.80€, latte macchiato 4.50€ plant-based milk 0.80€.

➡️Summary: Cool spot! I recommend a falafel bowl for healthy lunch during your shopping trip, a fresh mint, orange and ginger tea to boost your immune system and an avocado bread for breakfast with friends. The location alone is...
Read moreDuring our 3 night stay in Munich, we chose to have breakfast in One Nation. They have great variety of Vegan options as well as non vegan options, which was perfect for our family dietary requirements. During payment in each day we chose no tipping. Not because the service was bad but because from where we come from tipping isn't required. Our understanding is businesses have the responsibility to pay their staff well which would eliminate the tipping. On our last visit, which was this morning, the staff member who server us had an attitude th whole time. She was helpful but there was something that wasn't right. As my husband paid she told my hubby that we had been there 3 times and occupied their seats and that we didn't tip them at all. This girl wasn't there the other 2 days which indicated that the staff had gossiped about us. Which made sense with her attitude as well. She continued that if we are in Germany we need to tip if we like the service. But her attitude was unacceptable. We didn't occupy their space for free. Every time we dined there we paid substantial amount of for everything we had. The hospitality staff should be satisfied with their initial pay and not expect tipping to live on. It is not customers priority but the businesses who hires them, who makes the most money. I was disgusted by this team member's attitude and how she talked to us. If tipping is always required then they should make it compulsory like in some other countries. If we are given an option and have the ability to decline they shouldn't get upset and slam us down publicly like that. The space we occupied today would be empty if we didn't dine in so we didn't even waste their space if that's what they think. I hope the owners teach some manners to these and explain that every customer is welcome regardless. I could have been giving all 5 star today if it wasn't for our last experience. What a shame! Ps: female toilet bins have been overflowing in th...
Read moreThe quality of food was really bad. Coffee had almost no flavour, and choice of mug (glass), meant that everytime you took a sip (it kept sliding down), so while it looked cool it tasted horrible and was impractical. The boiled eggs were freezing cold (yes even at 10-12:30), the plate were dripping everywhere. The table wasn’t cleaned and chair had breadcrumbs that I had to clean. The server didn’t even bother to serve the tissues for a newly arrived caffe latte, they was leaking. The avocado cream cheese bagel with salmon had zero salmon.
Overall from cleanliness, serving, taste, coffee and price it was really bad.
The lighting was adequate, male toilet blocked by construction and ambiguous signs, that too shared with bmw mini (best of German and British engineering 🤣🤣🤣).
Our host though was nice and welcoming, but that’s how it goes in Munich poor service...
