1. Food: The dishes we ordered were well-presented, of good quality, and the portion sizes were satisfying. However, I found the prices slightly overpriced for what was offered. The overall food concept was also quite confusing. Many dishes seemed to be a fusion of various Asian cuisines, but without a clear or coherent theme. It made it difficult to understand the intention behind the menu. 2. Service: The staff were generally friendly and polite. However, I had one uncomfortable experience. We ordered a noodle dish that came with a small bowl of sweet and sour fish sauce (see the attached photo). At first glance, the portion of sauce seemed too small, so we asked if we could have a bit more. The server responded that he would check. About 10 minutes later, a different staff member brought more sauce and, without prior notice, informed us that it would cost 3 euros. We were quite surprised, as we had only asked whether it was possible and the staff said that he would check it. But at the end, there was no prior clarification about the charge, and we were not given a choice before it was brought and added to our bill. While this may seem like a small issue, the way they handled was wrong and unprofessional. It was disappointing. 3. Atmosphere: The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant. However, for those who do not enjoy crowded or noisy places, it might not be the most comfortable environment. Overall: An okay place to visit—decent food and nice atmosphere—but some aspects of the service and concept need to be improved.

Thoroughly disappointed. Ordered Yakitori for €7 as an appetizer and received a single skewer no larger than 2 of my pinkies and not even entirely filled with chicken. Already off to a bad start, I ate my €2.33/bite skewer only to find that the chicken was not anything spectacular, only a 6/10 at best. Having lived in Japan for 3 years, you could easily find comparable quality Yakitori on the street with larger portions for about ¥200 (€2). Next, I received my Entree, 8 rolls of Salmon Chigyo. While the rolls themselves were pretty tasty (maybe a 7/10), the advertisement clearly stated that they would be served with a topping of caviar when in actuality they came with Roe. Even though Roe are fish eggs, they are certainly not in any world considered caviar. Having forked over €17 for my entree (~€2.12/roll) only to be lied to, I reluctantly ate it and then called it a night. All in all my meal cost €29 for Yakitori (€7/skewer), Salmon Chigyo with “caviar” (€2.12/roll), and a Cola Zero (€1.25/100mL), and I left with an empty stomach and thorough disappointment. Do better and don’t lie to your patrons.

I came here with my boyfriend on a Friday night for a 6 p.m. dinner. It was pretty busy and there were many reservations already made so I was happy that we were able to get a table. We were sat up stairs and the whole restaurant was very pretty. They have a very large menu, mainly with sashimi and different types of sushi rolls. They do have a smaller menu with things such as soups if you aren't in the mood for just Sushi. They also have a pretty big cocktail list which has some really interesting options. Overall the pricing was pretty reasonable, we were able to get a large Sushi plate and share dumplings as well as two drinks each for about $70 which was fantastic to us! The service was very fast and they were all very friendly. I'd recommend coming here.

Fantastic value for money sushi bar and unusually quick table service. For an order: Set for 2 (3x maki 8 pcs + nigri 8 pcs) Pumpkin maki (8 pcs) Hot tempura maki (8 pcs) [All three in a picture below] 1 miso soup 1 kimchi (good and spicy, too much salad around) 2 glasses of plum wine We have paid €56

Sushi was good, fresh fish and only spicyness of fried tempura wasn't my favourite (simple chili sauce on a top). I would give it five stars if not...

...i felt like, despite lot of attention, we were in a quick service restaurant, where people do not give you personal touch, while they still give you a lot of smile, e.g. we have not been asked if this is seat we like, if the food was ok, if we want a dessert or coffee. Alao, we had to keep our jackets on a sofa and a chair - during late autumn our jackets are rather large in Germany. All above tells me that this is a food bar, not a dining place.

Therefore: A) if you like to explore new taste of sushi: it is recommended B) if you are looking for a place to socialize, or invite someone: I wouldn't recommend it

Overall 4 stars.

Thanks for reading my comment. Let me know if it...
