Had an extremely negative experience here. Was hoping for positive, inclusive, and kind, and instead was met with rude, exclusionist, and unwelcoming and rude. Was denied service by someone who told me they were “not on shift” who then proceeded to pour shots for four other people, and waited for another twenty minutes to get a drink.

Also didn’t realize that the card machine wasn’t working (which frankly is something that you would expect to be told in 2024 when you’re served…which I was not), which is frustrating but fine - it happens! However, when I asked to go get cash from the nearby ATM I was threatened and swarmed by men from the bar.

Clearly a bar for regulars only. I had a negative and unwelcoming experience. Service was very slow and I was ignored as several others arrived and were served, who clearly knew the bar staff. Staff continued to be rude and short, including fully disappearing for a smoke with their friends and neglecting the bar. One regular also came up and poured their own shots whilst others waited. As a non-German / local regular, this was not inclusive or welcoming, and generally very disappointing for a bar I was...

My only "kinda" complaint was that it was cold outside and they used a black curtain as a door... But other than that... For my first visit... I thoroughly enjoyed myself!! The waiters were funny and personable... The drinks were good & reasonable (not weak & expensive)... The music was current... And the staff spoke English. Most of all... We (as females) felt accepted and welcomed even though it appeared to be a mens bar. A must when...
