We visted the restaurant for dinner at a weekday evening in late August. Made reservation through email that's stated on the website. We ordered Cordon Bleu, Shnitzel, Frank style steaks and wursts - all food was great and everyone loved it. They don't have extensive lists of menus but all items stimulated our appetite. The restaurant is located at the west end of the town and was a bit calmer than the others, which made us feel more relaxed during the dinner. Restaurant that belong to the hotel and that is preparing regional German (Franc) cuisine. The place is quite busy, so it is really hard to get the table. We suggest to make a reservation, otherwise you can leave with empty stomach. It was quite avarege home food that was good but not that it would dazzle us. Soup was good, nice broth, but the celestine noodles were hard. My roast pork with potato dumplings was good, the meat was falling apart and the sauce was strong in flavor. Went here for dinner with a group of four and had a fantastic experience. The waitress was extremely accommodating and answered all of our questions. The food was of a very high quality and delicious. We got the Argentinian marinated steak, the Wiener schnitzel, and the roasted pork shoulder and all were great.
