The mixed platter in this restaurant is beyond delicious to simply surpass if you're in the area. A definite must go to place if you're in Saarbruken. The restaurant has seatings that face the river as well as indoor seating. It's a halal Turkish restaurant making it a very popular go to place for Muslims. They have kebabs and different dishes but my recommendations is to have a taste from their grilled selection, as they grill it in the middle of the restaurant. The price is decent but will definitely add up, be careful when ordering water, we ordered a water bottle of 750ml and it costed us €4.

Amazing place and location and taste and price. If you are in Primark or shipping nearby you just visit Saar grill to grab something. The place has indoor and outdoor sitting. The outdoor sitting is by the river and has good views. The indoor sitting is warm and cozy. The staff is courteous. The order took some time to be cooked but the taste was worth the wait. The quantity is good. Must try the doner kebab. The vegetarian items are good as well and available in plenty on menu. Parking is not there as this is car free zone but can be found nearby. Will definitely go back again.

Sehr leckeres türkisches Essen mit top Preisleistungsverhältnis und schöner, einladender Atmosphäre. Wir hatten Adana Fleischspieße mit Bulgur und gegrillter Tomate und Paprika sowie einmal Dönerteller. Das Fleisch der Spieße und das Dönerfleisch waren ausgesprochen saftig und sehr gut gewürzt. Auch die Beilagen (vor allem der Bulgur) waren super abgeschmeckt. Portionsgrößen waren auch optimal. Klasse auch: Vorab gab es gratis einen Brotkorb mit Fladenbrot und zweierlei sehr leckere Dips (einmal scharfe rote Salsa und einmal eine Art Joghurt-Knoblauch-Gurken-Creme) sowie einen gemischten Salat - als Gruß aus der Küche. Sehr schön war auch die Atmosphäre direkt an der Uferpromenade draußen auf der Terrasse mit hochwertiger, moderner Bestuhlung. Auch drinnen (man zahlt am Ende drinnen an der Kasse) sah alles sehr einladend, modern, gepflegt und gemütlich aus. Es gab viel Personal, das unterschiedlich freundlich und kompetent war. Die schlechten Kritiken auf den Service bezogen sind daher sicher auf die negativen Beispiele des Teams zurückzuführen. Aber die andere, sehr freundliche und kompetente Hälfte des Personals hat es bei uns wieder ausgeglichen. Wir können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.
