Dunkin' Donuts Stuttgart Klett-Passage — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Staff should be better trained and try to make up for their mistakes. We ordered 2 donuts and 2 coffees, then realised we were charged each item separately.

We inquired why weren't we charged with the Dunkin Duo prices, and the employee said because we said each item separately instead of mentioning Dublin Duo from the start. Passed by on 29 of september 2023 around 21h40 aprox on my way to the hotel. Decided to go to Dunkin donuts and try them out since every one speaks so highly of them. The weird thing is that most donuts in the shelfs were not real. Never saw this before whats the point of that.

Dunkin Donuts ist insgesamt eine solide Donut-Kette. Haben uns eine Mystery Box für 18,50 Euro gegönnt (6 Stück, Juli 2024) ist preislich schon happig, zudem sind die Donuts auch nicht gerade riesig. Geschmacklich waren alle Sorten okay (eine doppelt) natürlich schmeckt einem die ein oder andere besser. Die Füllungen sind auch lecker. Allerdings fehlt mir bei Dunkins der wow Effekt das es mega lecker ist beim rein beißen, ist meiner Meinung nach nicht viel besser als die Donuts in Discountern (okay, manche Donuts sicherlich). Fühle ich einfach nicht so, da können andere Ketten mehr. Allerdings ist die Auswahl insgesamt solide.

Aufgrund der eher hohen Preise ziehe ich etwas ab, auch beim Geschmack geht mehr. Ich würde allerdings ähnlich wie bei Royal Donuts auch höhere Preise akzeptieren, wenn die Donuts leckerer und größer wären. In Stuttgart gibt es leider gar nicht viele Donut-Läden, weswegen ich diese hier noch als solide ansehe.
