This is an absolute perfect bakery. The people here are sunny, care about their craft, and it comes through in their product. Everything is made with superior ingredients, traditional recipes from the baker’s village, and is all perfectly flavorful.

We tried 15 different things over the course of 3 days and think everything is awesome, but if we had to choose:

Ground beef pie Cheese pie kourou The croissant (total flex) Ekmek Kataifi

Oh and the bread? Singularly high quality sourdough in the village tradition.

go go go go. Spend a bunch of money, it’s inexpensive, try everything, brag...
