Hopper Cafe — Restaurant in Athens

When i walk by and look at first at the ice creams the worker from inside the job gave some cold vibes staring at me. I stare at the ice creams for 5minutes before i decode to walk inside the shop. Noone didn't came outsode to service me. At the very first they talk to me very cold not that friendly at all as soon as i order they keep pointy to me how much does it cost. I felt like they critique me by my messy clothing style. As soon i pay my drink they saw i took out a credit card the way they talk to me changed. They got a lot more of warm and more tacktive plus smile. The drinks, everything tasty and fresh, but there was constantly a lot of fuss from the staff, I didn't like my first view of them not be friendly until i show my way of paying, a lot of shouting and disturbance. We order here today a salat, one tortilla and two capuccinos, one from them double. Paid for the whole 24,5 euro. On the bill small capucino (kawa or kava in greek) for 3,5 euro, big one for 4,5 euro, on the black board 1,8 euro for small and something over 2 for a big one. I didnt quarell about the stuff only because we are on our vacation and the woman speaks almost no english but i want to inform others about this situation. Maybe for locals the bar is nice i cant say the food was quite ok coffee too but for tourists dont recommend. This was first such a situation and i think that locals like this really destroy reputation of athens where restaurants are really nice and the people are very fair for tourist. I love this place! I found it by chance as I was in the area for an errand. Super happy to find such a great place in Athens for Brealfadt/Brunch! Everything was tasty and perfect! I had a vegetable omlette which was so good, I believe it had pleurotous mushrooms in it too which also made it fantastic. The breakfast choice came with coffee and orange juice (fresh squeezed), a little salad and beautiful heathy bread. I got a fruit salad too. Best breakfast Id had in a long time!
