Even 1 star is more than they deserve. I've visited this restaurant in person before and had no issues, but today I ordered through the Wolt app, and it was a disaster. The falafel sandwiches arrived spoiled, and the sauces were bad enough to cause my sister to vomit, while I’ve been struggling with a severe stomach ache. Wolt was extremely understanding and even offered me a refund or a redelivery, but the restaurant's response was shockingly rude and dismissive.
They claimed their products are 'excellent' and that everything is fresh, blaming my bad experience on the combination of sauces I chose—sauces that they make and sell. Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, they refused both a refund and a redelivery. The restaurant’s response felt more like a dismissal than a sincere apology. They clearly don’t want to admit there could be a problem with their food quality, even though the evidence is right in front of them.
This was a horrible experience, and I will never order from this place again. If you're considering it, beware—the food might arrive spoiled, and you won’t get any proper customer service at their restaurant to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Read moreWe first tried this restaurant by ordering delivery to our home. We had Kibbe, Falafel, and Lahmacun. The Kibbe wasn't good, but we liked the Falafel and Lahmacun, especially the Lahmacun which was quite delicious.
After a short time, while walking in the city center and thinking about what to eat, we remembered this place and decided to give it a try. When we sat down, there was only one other table occupied, and they were waiting for their order. Seeing the self-service sign, my spouse went inside to place the order and make the payment. In addition to Lahmacun and Falafel, we also ordered Kebab to try. They told us they would bring the order when it was ready.
We waited for half an hour. Since they took the payment when taking the order under the guise of self-service, we couldn't just leave and had to wait for the half hour. During this time, we saw many takeaway orders being processed. It seems they prioritize takeaway orders over serving customers in the restaurant. Moreover, the quality of our meals wasn't on par with what we had previously received through delivery, which supports my belief.

My wife bought vegan dinner and drink at your place. I also got drink at you. Since you are only selling vega, we couldn’t eat together. For my question what should I do, the owner forced me to leave the place while my wife was eating.
