Warehouse CO2 — Restaurant in Athens

We popped in several times to this CO2 bar, sometimes for a quick espresso, sometimes for some food and mostly for some sparklings. We visited the other Warehouse units as well, but this was the best, with a really unique atmosphere, welcoming staff, just a street away from all the buzz. Tasted some local sparklings, good quality and also they offer more champagnes (franciacortas, proseccos, cremants) by the glass with generous pouring - which I think is not common on other places. Snacks and food was lovely too. Thank you for your kind hospitality; specially to the blond haired lady in the photo! If we ever return to the city, this will be the first spot to visit for sure. We both work in the wine industry, so we are picky - but this place...

Amazing selection of grower champagnes with great prices. the place in #Athens to enjoy fantastic bottles - great selection of growers to choose from including some of my favorite #biodynamic growers Champagne Marguet 18 Shaman delivers an incredible rosé 'assemblage using wines from Grand Crus Ambonnay and Bouzy. Majority Chardonnay which creates an incredible acidity while still highlighting delicious red fruits, incredible citrus notes, a beautiful body and complexity. Went a couple of nights for a nice wine. They specifically sell fizzy wine, prices reflect. However the full bottle prices make it reasonable if you plan on more than 1 glass each. Found a nice wine the night before we went home so had two bottles... the waiter attempted to get us to order a different second bottle as he didn't have much of the wine left... nope, give me another, not my fault it...
