Bella Ellada — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

Will not be returning.

Food came out cold in the middle, obviously microwaved from frozen/chilled. They did not replace it, after promising to do so. It was inedible and dangerous. The family finished their meal, my replacement still had not arrived. So I left without getting anything.

They then sent me a bill in the middle of the meal for someone else's table.

The waiting staff was very embarrassed and apologetic, the owner didn't seem to care. I had to pay the full bill minus the meal I was served. Was told that we could come back for a free meal, but in all honesty, I wouldn't set foot in there again, even if it was free ( and I don't believe the offer is genuine ) . Life is too short for poorly microwaved meals.

My wife had the Calamari, left half of it, said it was very oily. Chips were frozen. Kids had margherita pizza and liked it.

Go elsewhere, so many better...

Sadly I can not review the quality of the food because the waiter never came so we couldn't order. We arrived there quite late, most of the guests were already eating or had already finished. We sat down at a free table and waited, nobody came for about 10 - 15 minutes. As another couple left without ordering we took their menu ourself. We waited for another 10 minutes and asked the waiter if we could order now. He told us that he would be with us within one minute. After he ignored us for 7 more...

Would not recommend. Food tastes poorly. The pasta Amatriciana had none of the ingredients that makes it an Amatriciana. The pizza’s are very thick and taste like cardboard. Probably store bought frozen pizzas. Also, a couple came into the restaurant playing an accordion and singing and asking for money. The card payment device did not work so we had to pay cash.
