Had great food and service. Returned two weeks later. They advertise being open until 11. When we arrived just before 9 it didn't seem them wanted us to sit for food. Two other tables there at the time.
Service slow. Took a while to come see us at all. We didn't get asked for bread, and had to ask for it after we'd been given our starter (Wanted it for the mussels). Asked for more drinks, the woman said yes and left. Ten mins later, she's cleaning tables, and the other waiter is sitting at the bar. Then the chef comes out and they're all just sitting together like they're so bored and waiting for us to leave.
We were eating mains so got the man's attention and asked after our drinks.
As we were finishing a group tried to come in for drinks, still 45 mins before closing time, and the waitress sent them away as they were closing.
Noone came to see us, to take plates etc, dessert/coffee/more drinks. I know it's end of season but you're either open or not. Open but not wanting custom makes no sense. Might as well close.
We got the bill, and left. Wish we hadn't tried to recreate a good experience 2 weeks ago. Tonight was very poor.

Beautifully well presented food, great flavours and options. And great cocktails.

Read moreWe were here at 18.00 to eat, waitress said that dinner was possible at 19.00 because the chef had a siësta. No problem, so we ordered beverages. They asked to pay immediately because its a new rule? Very strange as we said we also wanted dinner. Never had that on Corfu before. Also she forgot a beer and asked to pay again for that immediately, as she also forgot to charge for that. Waiter also asked a tip for only the beverages? Then at 19 we ordered food starters, main course 3 tuna steaks and beef. Tuna steaks where very dry. And beef was small and not very tasteful. Starters where ok but not very special. Paid a lot for 4 persons (starter, main course and 2 beverages pp.) and it was nothing special. Not...
Read more5 visited after a morning on the beach. The service was laboured and the waitress seemed a bit annoyed by our presence and even had a huff when the fussy one in the group asked for his without salad. The food was good, and the wedges were a welcome change to the standard pre cut chips you get in most places in town.
The burger was delicious, the Italian and Greek sandwiches were scoffed with great delight.
It’s a lovely spot and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. We’d definitely visit again and give the service the benefit of doubt, everyone...
