Café — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

Visited this cafe with my wife and children and we didn't consider what to choose when there is so much choice then some older woman showed up and asked "what do you want and how many?" 'don't greet us and feel like there is no welcome here. I told my wife to take 2 ice creams for the kids and send them here. The wife took out the banknote and he tore the banknote from her hand and said nothing but gave it to the employee and said something and left. Not the first time we visited here, plus the staff, the service is excellent but this older woman is probably the owner attitude is not upset no further. Très déçu aujourd'hui...

Nous sommes venu hier et avons rencontrer une très gentille dame qui a pris le temps de nous renseigner et en français. Merci beaucoup. Grace a elle nous sommes reparti heureux avec un café glacé délicieusement préparé et une boîte de gâteaux.

Ce jour nous ne l’avons malheureusement pas retrouvé. Nous avons été accueilli par une jeune vendeuse brune qui était froide comme un glaçon! Et m’a fait économiser 6€ aujourd'hui... Mes parents ont pris des cafés glacés differents et j’ai voulu d’abord goûter avant de commander le mien. En espérer retrouver le même goût qu’hier. Mes parents ont payé leur addition et sont sorti en terrasse. Moi, j’ai tout simplement attendu devant le comptoir à café... attendu et attendu et encore attendu, laissant passer devant moi tous les autres clients... pour finir, ça m’a coupé l’envie de boire mon café glacé tant voulu et ma glace. Je suis ressorti sans rien et dégoutée. Je peux comprendre de laisser quelques personnes passer mais pas tous...

Je reviendrais uniquement quand ma petite vendeur aimable sera là ... Les autres filles devraient prendre exemple sur elle.

Travailler au contact de la clientèle peut être très dure parfois mais quand des clients arrivent avec le sourire, ils s’attendent à avoir également un sourire en retour et pas des têtes d’enterrement. Limite je dois m’excuser de les déranger......
