TLDR: Go during the evening or make sure to be seated in a table were sun doesn't reach. Avoid the shrimp dumplings.
Excellent service, good vibe, food leaves much to be desired. If you go without any expectations it will turn out okay.
THE MOOD: We went just after noon and were seated to one of the tables near the entrance, the shade panels were half retracted causing half the table to be constantly in the sun. While sitting under the sun for 2 hours was very uncomfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful. By far the best aspect of this restaurant. I noticed that the lightning set-up was impeccable, so maybe prefer to visit during the evening, the mood is bound to be good.
THE FOOD: The tzatziki avocado is an interesting idea but doesn't really go well with anything else apart from the bread, the coliander overpowers everything else in the dish.
The Greek salad is traditionally good, and the strawberries are a unique touch, albeit not really serving a purpose in the dish.
The beef cheeks with potato puree were very tasty and the butter compliments the beef very well.
The ribs were tasty but much more fatty than i would have hoped. The accompanying grilled peaches were interesting at first but after a few bites the warm fruit texture overpowers the taste.
Finally the shrimp dumplings is a dish I would not recommend. Noone in our group liked it and it was unanimously considered simply weird. If you're going to try seafood, stay clear of this dish.
The dessert was very satisfactory although it was so distant from the dish it took its name from, that it should be named differently. Creating false expectations isn't very thoughtful.
From the food we ordered the best dish was beef cheeks with puree
Our group's consensus was that while it was an interesting experience no one would visit this restaurant a second time. Given the uncomfortable seating conditions of our visit and the raised prices even the first time felt unsatisfactory, thus...

Once again I am being disappointed by the restaurant scene of my hometown. We visited the restaurant on July 22nd, a company of 3 people. Although I had high hopes for this visit, I was let down. We got: 1)a salad: tasty but I forgot about it as soon as we finished eating it 2) Shrimp ceviche: I would expect it to be more acidic. I am not a big fan of acidic flavours but for this I needed it. If it is not it defeats the whole existence of the recipe 3) Avocado tzatziki: Signature dish of the restaurant. Refreshing and tasty but nothing memorable 4) Grilled octopus: It was soft but blunt and again not memorable. It left an extremely salty aftertaste to the mouth 5) Shrimp orzo: The orzo was overcooked and the plate was again salty 6) Scallops: The best dish by far. I really liked it. 7) Calamari: Again blunt and nothing memorable We also got the cheesecake and lemon cream desserts which were surprisingly very delicious. The above would make me probably award 3 stars. The food was not bad. It was just mediocre. However, what ruins the experience is the service. Although the servers seem eager, they certainly lack training. For example, we would be served by different servers all the time. On two occasions the server started removing tables from the table without asking us and on one of them there was still food that he did not notice!!! After we paid and were leaving we were stopped from another waiter who told us that he hasn't checked with mr. Vangelis (who?) if we had paid and we were supposed to tell him. This, joined by the fact that the food was really nothing exceptional will certainly deter me...
Read moreI recently visited Feedel for lunch and found it to be an excellent experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed midday meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The food was outstanding, with each dish showcasing unique recipes inspired by traditional Greek cuisine with a modern twist. Every plate was a delightful blend of flavors, reflecting the quality of ingredients and the chef’s creativity.
One suggestion I have is for the menu layout. While I appreciate the minimalistic design, it would be helpful if the dishes were categorized into meat, fish, and vegetarian sections. It was a bit challenging to distinguish between them at first glance.
The only minor downside was that I requested my beef sirloin steak rare, but it was served medium. Despite this, it was still delicious and tender.
I highly recommend Feedel, and I’ll definitely...
