Agora Taverna — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

Our waiter was super nice and friendly but the food was bad and over priced. I ordered a chicken dish and got 4 small cubes of chicken on a stick, and the rest of the plate was filled up with salad and bread. My husband ordered a curry type dish and it had no flavour/ was bland. My dish was also supposed to come with potatoes but they didn't have any anymore and offered me French fries instead (not the type of dinner I was looking for) so I went for vegetables which turned out to be lettuce and some courgette. They advertise themselves as home cooking and that is basically what this restaurant is so keep that in mind when you order food, junk food cooked like in a home kitchen, portions are big and so for example eating their hamburger and not get your hands dirty is physically impossible. It's a very good and nice restaurant with a excellent staff and owner. The food is really great and exceptional good. There is a choice for everybody. Very fine and excellent cooks. Good price and quality. The atmosphere is really comfortable. Also besides the menu there are a lot of possibilities to adjust to your personal preferences. Absolutly 5 stars and a must to enjoy.
