Food was nice, cocktails were very tasty, service was slow (because of the venue layout) and having the tables beside the river was a really different aesthetic that we loved.

Unfortunately, our whole experience was tainted by an incident: one of the waiters spilled a drink all over my partner.

We were in no way upset or angry at him; these things happen. I worked as a waiter for many years and made plenty of similar mistakes. However, if something like this happens, at the least I would have offered a complementary drink or have the drink removed from the bill.

My partners dress was stained and her phone got soaked, yet we still had to pay full price, not even a little ouzo at the end of our meal.

Again, nothing against the waiter, it's the managements response (or lack of) which brought the rating down, otherwise would have...

Both the indoor and outdoor vibe is cool (a ton of outdoor seating with trees and decor, waterfalls, and inside has lovely windows with views of the waterfalls), but beyond that my experience was only ok. We got the avocado toast which was decent but we received pieces of old/wilted lettuce in our side salad. Our freddo lattes were very good. Note, the place seems to attract tons of families with children- many of whom quickly became unsupervised. The kids crowded around us and splashed us with water while playing in the stream- with no parents around. The service was especially slow, even by European time standards (we asked twice then had to go inside and ask twice more)-- though I think this was due to them being understaffed for how many...
