Hit or miss. Quality of service might be dependent on the time at which one visits this establishment.

On my first visit, @~1400PM, I was met with prompt and courteous service, high-quality espresso (from a Rancilio machine) and a very good French press coffee, as well as a top-notch whiskey sour with Talisker. Got to sit outside, have a smoke and listen to rock classics whilst imbibing at my leisure.

On a second visit several days later, @~2100PM, the hospitality was not nearly as good. The cafe was certainly busier than during the afternoon, but myself and my two guests were largely ignored for the evening. We were unable to get the attention of the waitress to order more drinks and food after our initial order. Additionally, the establishment does not appear to make any hot drinks after 8PM. Check the total price before tapping. Enjoyed some drinks with friends during the day. The atmosphere was relaxed & casual. I went to pay for the rounds and questioned the total number of drinks charged. To his credit, the waiter rechecked his orders against those charged and agreed with my numbers. He entered what I assumed would be the updated total on the eftpos and I tapped my card without checking the total. Realised this morning he still overcharged me!
