Flocafe Espresso Room — Restaurant in Municipality of Palaio Faliro

Cafe of well known Flocafe brand, located in a complex of stores (mall) with cinemas, food stores, electric devices stores. During peak times and days parking could be a headache, but if you pay you can always park as there is underground parking.Quality is specific and typical for a Flocafe spot as well as service(the highlight in my opinion, you are serviced before you ask). Prices follow quality and service so I think no one is going to complain about (moderate to high) prices. Indoors and outdoors seating, two very convenient doors. Decoration typical for a Cafe, multiple kinds of seating from couches to high chairs or casual seating round a table.Kids could have some space to play(not a playground though). The good: their coffee is very good and you have equally good food options. The so-so: the fountains are noisy and the proximity of the highway doesn't help the noise pollution situation. The bad: The service was bad. A very young waitress answered with contempt when I asked her if there was service in the other terrace as I wanted to avoid the noisy fountains. Finally, when I wanted to pay the bill, nobody was around and I had to go pay in the shop where the same waitress took so long to give me my change back that I got angry and just left. It was just a bad experience. The place was running under an old man that was not taking care of the place. Always low lightning atmosphere like he was doing economy on electricity. The only reason i give two stars is because staff there even with very low salaries were with a smile as much they could and because the place was would be much better if he was intersted...
