Very cozy environment, but that's where the positive part already stops. We had to wait 15 minutes to get served. Staff looked like they had some tranquilizers for breakfast. When they finally came with the drinks, they forgot to add the mugs with the tea pot, also no straw to start drinking my Irish coffee. So count another 10 minutes before you can start enjoying your drinks, and keep in mind that you'll have to ask at least 3 times for your mug. But there was not really something to enjoy. The homemade lemonade was just some kind of syrup with sparkling water, sparkling water that lost most of his sparkle already long a go. Visited first time for an afternoon coffee with my hubby and found our new to go place!! This cafe, tucked away from the hustle of the city, is actually located in the heart of central Thessaloniki and it’s a secret gem. It has a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and it is decorated with an old world/modern look. Didn’t even dare to sit. It’s one of those cases where there was an effort made to bring something special, but then the human vibe around tells a different story - a rather shallower one! There’s nothing artsy about this place. The loud music with the heavy bass doesn’t match with the decoration at all, even though I do appreciate mix&match efforts.
