One star for the Location because it was nice. But honestly unfortunately we had really bad food. The bread was dry and tasted old, the housewine was really sour and tasted like retsina but not as nice and the dishes we had were not nice(sausages and manti). We were hungry but couldn’t eat it because it was not tasty. The salad was the only thing that was okay. A magnificent place. Established in 2001 as the staff informed me, the decor has slightly changed. The change towards a "Politiko" style, was not successful for me. I preffered much more the style the restaurant during 2007. The food was always tasty, in the first years I visited it was a little hard for my stomach. In 2019 things are only: perfect! Came here on our first night in Thessaloniki and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our stay. The staff were really nice and spoke English. The food was amazing...you could really tell they use all fresh produce and the dishes were so flavoursome and well cooked. We were also given a complimentary dessert.
