Read moreSalumeria is a small family-run and family-owned Greek restaurant located by the North West corner of Agora square. It's run by two brothers, his girlfriend, and their mum.
Pros: They serve a range of local, regional and national Greek dishes. The ambiance is fun, relaxed, chilled and relaxed. The Salumeria salad is amazing! The cherry tomatoes so ripe and flavoursome! While the highlight has got to be the Tagliatelle with Greek traditional Kavourma beef and Cretan butter! The butter makes the pasta so luxuriant and the beef so flavoursome when lightly fried. Service from the two brothers is friendly, efficient, welcoming and wonderful! WiFi is also available in the restaurant!
Cons: None really. The fried Sfela cheese is perfectly nice, but pales in comparison to the amazing Tagliatelle with Greek traditional Kavourma boiled beef!

I definitely will be back to try the delicious beef tagliatelle in Cretan...

We insisted a little, but he seemed visibly bothered—which we found unacceptable. In the end, we agreed. However, when we later asked to add those extra dishes—as we had nearly finished the first round—we were met with the same resistance. It felt unnecessarily pushy and...
