Taverna - Rembetika "Ladadika" — Restaurant in Municipality of Thessaloniki

Went there on the 25th of January three of us ordered food to share we ordered shrimp saganaki, octopus grilled and mussels in white wine sauce.

The shrimps were very Bland and for one portion that was inadequate, the grilled octopus consisted of 1 tentacle and it was charged at approximately 13 Euros none of the main dishes were company by any vegetables this was as an extra the muscles were very disappointing a very small plate of muscles arrived however all the shells were near enough empty and those that did have muscles were so tiny we had to send the plate back. The waiters did not give too much attention to our complaints we also ordered a Thessaloniki salad which consisted of overripe tomatoes that was not very appealing. apart from the feta cream that accompanied it.

The taramasalata was very nice and so was the melizanosalata. They were both presented well. The bread basket was dry,stale tasting bread rolls. Overall we were disappointed as the food was over priced for the amount and quality received.

On a positive note there were heaters that kept us warm and additional blankets for our legs . We are Greeks and are aware of quality food. I hope that our comments are taken the way they...

Edit: In response to your comment, we actually visited your tavern a couple weeks ago and I am certain that I made no mistake with the reataurant. Considering my review I do not take anything back, the food was not good and the atmosphere was not welcoming. You can find much better option for the money we paid, to...
