Was mine and my partners last night in santorini kamari. as we did our final walk past the strip of restaurants we noticed the wood oven ablaze so that drew me in. We were seated by who i guess to be the owner who was very welcoming. My partner wasnt eating which wasnt a problem for them, they were still happy to seat us. The pizza came out red hot and looked amazing - perfectly cooked! It was crisp with a good bite and plenty of cheese, just how i like it. The service is nice, the food was made fast. That’s the only one thing what convinced me to give 2 starts. The restaurant doesn’t look too fancy but usually in places which doesn’t look “ good” you can get really good food so we risked that. I ordered grilled octopus, my mom grilled shrimps and my niece chicken soup. The chicken soup we asked to be blended and it was really delicious, the shrimps was so so and the octopus was terrible - super gummy and hard i struggled to cut it.. I usually pick my restaurants very carefuly, but this one was an impulsive pick by one of the guys. This place is a pure turist trap. They stop you and show you a manu with one price and when you get the check you get another price. It is really breaking my heart to give a bad review to a place who is clearly trying to survive in this hard days, but this guys don't have what it takes to make me come back.
