This has to go down as the worst place we could have possibly visited in Parga. We've been in this city twice, but never had to encounter such horrible service in the entire region. We were 4, arrived at 21:00, decided to sit at a table, the owner came to us like we were already prepared to order, asked to see the menus, the guy seemed a bit too unprepared to this. After he brought the menus 2 of us had to quickly use the toiled, another 1 realized he forgot his cigarettes & went to buy some from a store 50m away, while my wife was sitting alone at the table knowing what drinks to order before we decided on the food the owner came & said the store will be closing at 21:50 (closing time on the store & Google showed 23:00) & to get out of his restaurant in the most disrespectful manner. While we were inside the restrooms we even saw the kitchen & this place isn't definitely clean enough to be operating in the most sanitary standards. We ate at another restaurant & came around that night to see if the guy was indeed closed at 22:30, but he was still open. It seems we were just not wanted. Judging by how empty that place was every time we passed that place no one else is... Parga's businessman...
Read moreWe had dinner here after checking online reviews and what people say about this place is right: this small restaurant offers one of the best dishes in town. Everything fresh and tasty. The location in the alley is 10 times better than sitting in the big tourist street eating average food. This is quality food for a normal price. And the service is great too! We had the Saganike, fried cheese, and it was very good. The fried courgette balls were very special. The Bifteki was one of the best we had in Greece. The Moussaka was okay but a bit more spicy would be better I think. The white house wine from the barrel is okay, better than the local dry wine in my opinion (the other one on the menu card). A must visit if you like good taste and if you stay...
Read moreSmall and simple traditional greek restaurant with tables on side of a narrow alley. House made dishes. The food tasted fantastic, definitely above the other restaurants around (and those are already quite good). Especially the sauces and spices were perfect, the meat soft and tasty. This is an insider's tip for everyone who wants to experience and taste the real traditional greek cuisine. The portions of starters, mains and desserts were are sized reasonnable (not too big and not too small). For me it was already the best food in Parga even if the holidays aren't even over yet. Service was fast and friendly. Prices are moderate (from about 7 to 15 euro for...
