BLISS All Day Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Zakynthos Municipality

During our walk at the center of Zante we found this nice looking art bar. The decoration was nice so we chose it for a cocktail. Well.. the first impression was really good, the owner was friendly (at the beginning) and the cocktails looked were nice.. The menu had lots of options for a cocktail (jin based, tequila/vodka/whisky based etc.) . During our stay there were only 7-8 costumers, when we ordered we were waiting for about 25-30mins for 2 cocktails (long time considering that most of the few costumers were already drinking theirs). Apart from the above, when the waitress brought me my Mexican mule it was a really bad surprise. Clearly the barman did not know how to make it, he brought me a totally wrong drink with only two ice cubes. When i tried to ask the person in charge of service about my drink politely, he tried to convince me that this is the way that the cocktail is made. That was the most unacceptable part. I can understand if the barman is not so familiar and order something else but he tried clearly to fool me. As i am traveling a lot around the world and i have tried it many times all over the world i can say that it was miles away. I have lost of orders. These are cocktails for very early in the afternoon or late at night. You should take SOMESIGNATURENAME which is our specialty.

The decoration is excellent and the music was great. And this is why we decided to go with their suggestions. It was a mistake. Bad quality, high prices and a really couldn't-care-less attitude about their customers.

The hospitality, service and cleanliness is absolutely first class! The atmosphere, music, cocktails, ice creams and hot drinks are always all prepared to an exceptionally high standard.

Dionysios is an immensely kind and attentive host. I shall never forget beautiful memories of times spent here and neither shall my son; Charlie. To miss the wonderful experience of enjoying this rare and beautiful place would indeed be a 'Greek Tragedy!' Here you will find a medicinal ambience for the spirit and soul.
