I took just a coffee, waiting for my shuttle to San Cristobal, and I'm very glad I did! The lady was very helpful, making sure the shuttle was coming by calling the company and reassuring me that this was the spot where they depart. It might seem a small thing, but it is those gesture that makes the day....
