I happened to stumble upon Bonbonier by pure chance just when I thought I knew Raday utca inside out! I’ve walked this lovely street so many times, especially with my dental clinic nearby, and finding this little “hidden gem” truly added a new spark to it.
I was so happy to see they offer matcha drinks (yes, I grabbed one, see the photo and it was absolutely delicious!), and what really impressed me is that they handcraft their own chocolate boxes using real, quality chocolate, I would define as „homemade with love“.
At first glance, the place may seem small, but step inside and there’s a spacious back room that’s perfect for families or digital nomads like myself. It felt cozy and welcoming.
Special shout-out to Flóra, the lovely waitress on shift today, she speaks great English and was just so warm, friendly, and always smiling. You can feel the good energy here. 😘
I truly love your place and will definitely be back, it's right on my regular route now. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and expect me to stop by again very soon! ❤️

Read moreThere's so much to write about...first, the sourdough bread is awesome. Not very sour, with creamy wheat smell, it's just what I want from a bread. Then there's the icecream...the mango sorbet is the best I remember eating, and I'm a well-travelled guy. Their icecreams could possibly be the best the city has to offer, I haven't tasted them all, but I know what I'm talking about. Forget the overhyped "italian handmade gelatos". Just try this please. And then there's the chocolates...award winning stuff, I had the priviledge of talking to the owner, who not only is a great human being, but she is also a dedicated professional with an immense product knowledge, very humble, and she truly wants to create the best product without cutting corners. Trust me, this is rare these days. She "boils" the icecreams herself, no additives, no fake cream, no powders, or colors. I HIGHLY recommend the place. Service is also very kind. Please find my photo with the sexiest loaf of bread (bought from this shop) I have seen in a...

Apart from the pastries, this is a chocolate shop that makes good hot chocolate with optional percentages and origins. Even better, the gallery zone supports group gathering and is laptop friendly with...
