Manga Cowboy! — Restaurant in Budapest

Went there twice with group of colleauges. For the first visit I would rate the place four star. The stuff was nice but some of the dishes were avegage at best: the starters were nice but all the hamburgers were overdone and the bread was dry for all of us. Spring roll is better to be called cabbage roll and the desserts although sounded good were dissappointing. The second time we had the same experience regarding the food, which we knew but still went back. But there was an unfortunate moment that justifys the 3 stars. After eating and drinking with 20+ people we paied the bill and gave an additional 10% for service (~10000 HUF). I, as organizer was one of the last ones to leave when the waitress lady approached me and told that someone ordered one extra bottle of water (330 HUF) at the end that needs to be paied in addition... which I did of course, but we are not coming...

I have problem what to say about Manga Cowboy.There are people who love this place, what is understandable, the food is fair, the atmosphere is good and they have this burger of the month thing what is definietly a good idea. The staff is flexible, we could make bithday party or board game night here. For me the weakest point is the kitchen. The repertoire is mixed american - asia, but they overextend themself. The american part is very good, burgers are delicious, but the asian .... I had always the feeling that it's close, they were trying hard but failed in the end. If you want really good asian, go to Wokzilla or Viet Pho in the same street. In short, if you want to grab a beer and a burger, this place is a very...

Hi all tourists..Like to share my experience when I been to this un cultured restaurant.It was late evening when I went out for dinner.I asked restaurant staff Mr.David is it open or closed so he replied it’s open.Now the real story started when we asked multiple questions for food and drinks he banged food menu in frustration near to billing table.We didn’t reacted at that moment but after dinner I went to meet mr David and said him “I am your customer and you should not behave like that and somehow you spoiled our dinner” but in-spite of saying sorry he was ok with what he has done.It was my second visit to this restaurant but now I won’t come again.I would request restaurant owner to take care of...
