I rarely write lengthy reviews, but in this case as, I feel compelled to speak up not out of malice, but in the hope of shedding light on the issues our disappointing experience that undermines the integrity of Persian cuisine.

We visited your restaurant and ordered one Kabab Kubideh (double) and one Negini. The issue was not the price itself as we paid the bill in full and even left a tip, despite the 10% service charge. The real concern is value: the food was simply not up to standard, certainly not at the price point you're charging. In short, it was overpriced relative to its quality.

As for the Kubideh: it was dry, chewy, and lacked the juiciness and balance expected from an authentic Persian recipe. You yourself confirmed that the mix included more beef than lamb a cost-saving shortcut that unfortunately compromises both flavor and authenticity. As someone who has dined at over 30 Persian restaurants globally, I can confidently say that a proper Kubideh contains a higher proportion of lamb, not just beef. What we were served tasted closer to a burger than a kebab.

Your claim of “30 years of experience” is noted, but expertise should not preclude openness to feedback. The inability to accept criticism even when constructive is a clear sign of mental rigidity. Instead of using reviews as an opportunity for growth, you seem to dismiss every negative comment as “fake” and respond in a tone that’s defensive, even arrogant and rude. This reflects a concerning lack of professionalism and emotional maturity, and mental blockage.

Please understand: Persian cuisine is not just about food. It's a cultural ambassador. When you respond to critical reviews with disrespect and personal attacks, you are not just damaging your own reputation you're tarnishing the image of the culture and heritage you're supposed to represent. It’s disheartening, and frankly, shameful.

If your true focus be on only selling shisha and fries, that would be better I would say. But then don’t do it under the name of Persian cuisine. That name carries a weight of tradition, pride, and responsibility that should be honored not exploited.

Lastly, guests come to your restaurant seeking an enjoyable and respectful experience not drama. If you truly care about the success of your business, it would serve you well to start listening, learn from the feedback, and conduct yourself with the dignity expected of a professional in...

We had an exceptional birthday celebration at this restaurant. The entire experience was simply perfect from start to finish. To begin with, the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the mouthwatering Kubide Kebab, and it was a flavor explosion that left us wanting more. For dessert, the saffron ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to our meal.
