⭐️ 1 star – Misleading pricing, tourists beware!

I ordered a steak that was clearly listed as 3,790 HUF on the menu, with no mention of weight-based pricing. When the bill arrived, I was shocked to be charged 24,635 HUF. The staff explained that the listed price was only for 100 grams, and they charged me for 650 grams, multiplying the price by 6.5 — but none of this was written, indicated, or explained beforehand.

After the incident, I called the restaurant and requested a refund, explaining the misleading pricing. They refused, claiming everything was correct — despite the obvious lack of transparency.

This is not just poor service — it borders on fraud and warrants legal action for customer deception. As a tourist, I felt taken advantage of, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment unless you want to risk being overcharged without warning.

If you've had the misfortune of trying the "quality" of the "traditional" fast food chains, I highly recommend this place! But if you've tasted delicious burgers, you absolutely HAVE TO visit this place! The fact that the bun is made especially for them is incredible! The meat patty is so juicy and retains its original flavours thanks to the grilling process, that the spices and coriander don't take away from the enjoyment. I recently travelled from England to Budapest and found this gem of a restaurant that made my holiday even more memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful. I asked for advice on the best place to exchange money, and they directed me to a great spot, which was super helpful as a tourist.
