Disappointed. Massively overpriced, poor service, average food and some of the staff were rude.

It cost us 22175 HUF (£50) for 2 burgers with wedges, a side of jalapeno cheese balls and 2 beers (400ml). The beers were very good and easily the best part of our visit. The burgers were Ok but not "award winning" as claimed on their website. When asked how we would like the burgers to be cooked, my wife asked for it to be well done but it came medium and was pink in the middle. The burgers were served with FOUR wedges, FOUR! They come on their own by default, wedges are extra and they came with just 4 of them... Ridiculous. Overall I didn't enjoy my meal and the burger was a bit bland.

The staff were a rude and they spent the entirety of our meal laughing, joking and shouting like they were on a night out. It was quiet (around 5pm on a Thursday) and there were only 2-3 customers which meant that all we could hear were the staff joking and messing around. They didn't even come to ask how our food was, offer us another drink or provide any condiments! When I went downstairs to ask for some ketchup (which was £1.50 btw) I felt like I was interrupting a stag do, then the staff member just gestured that I go back to my seat. He didn't even say anything. Also, £1.50 for a tablespoon of ketchup, when did ketchup become so expensive. Terrible service and zero professionalism! The added 12% service charge is a joke with this level of service.

I don't recommend this place. Hugely overpriced and average food. I've never experienced this level of service. I wouldn't mind if it was a Wetherspoons! They get 2 stars because the beers...

We are regular guests here. We’ve never been able to order food that we wouldn’t have been perfectly happy with, yet our favorite is the bbq burger. First of all, the most decisive fact about the quality of the hamburger here is that they ask you about the level of cooking the meat. It’s already enough for a steak lover to commit to a restaurant. And the food only arrives after that... Large size hamburger with perfectly fried meat on request. It’s richly filled and very saucey, which I especially like because I think one of the most disappointing things about a hamburger is when it’s dry. The bun is toasted, which is also a must for a perfect hamburger. Beyond that, the homemade steak potatoes and cabbage salad make this experience perfect. In addition, the various sauces are definitely worth a try, as they greatly contribute to this rich taste. Our personal favorites are jalapeno sauce, red onion jam, black pepper sauce and barbecue sauce. As far as burgers are concerned, the standard is pretty high for me, and yet I think this is the best in town, so if you want to be sure, it’s definitely not disappointing.
