Ciao Italia — Restaurant in Budapest

Im giving one star because this is the minimum.The food was horrible. And i didn't even complain to the waiters because we told that this is their best quality . We ordered a pizza Parma e Rucola e pomodorini, the Spaghetti chicken Milanese, Spaghetti ai frutti di Mare .2 apple juices and 2 glasses of wine. The pizza was undercooked. The spaghetti chicken Milanese sauce was spoilt. The Frita de mare was mediocre. The mussel had sand in them and were freezing cold. When we went to pay, they charged us 31,935 . When I checked the receipt, they charged us for two bottles of wine, not two glasses. When I asked them if we got charged for 2 bottles instead of glasses, they started to communicate between each other and hs made the total amount . When he passed me the post terminal, I was expecting that he would refund the amount .Because I paid by Revolut , I was shocked that I got charged a second time . Instead, they charged us for everything again. When I told the waiters that they had just charged us again and the waiters completely blamed me for the second transaction saying it was my fault I had paid when the two waiters had no communication what so ever. I politely asked for my money back. One of the waiters started counting out the money but was completely off of the amount I was owed. I am completely outraged. The waiters started being very rude and telling me if I was so unhappy for me to eat at home. Since I was speaking English to the waiters, they began asking me where I was from and why I was here. I only received one apology off of the female waiter while the male waiter continued to insult and yell at me. I would not recommend this restaurant. We all left very disappointed . Absolutely horrendous. Me and my girlfriend went to eat here for lunch and neither of us have seen a place as disgusting and appalling. As we sat down we were already considering to leave, the atmosphere was not great at all. We asked for the wifi password and got given the wrong password. We ordered some water and both of the glasses were dirty to the point where we did not want to drink from them. My girlfriend ordered the gnocchi with mozzarella and chicken, and I ordered the bacon egg pizza. She could not even eat half of it as it tasted frozen and super old. My pizza tasted like a store bought pizza but worse, the egg was like plastic and tasted awful. Now that we are home and it is the next day, my girlfriend is feeling very ill and has stomach problems because of the food. We did not eat anything after this restaurant because we both felt bad from the food. Forgot to mention but we did not have cutlery either. We had to stand up and take another table's cutlery because we didn't get any when our food arrived. When we wanted to pay the waiter asked us "would you like to give some tips?" I replied with "no thank you". She then froze for about 2 seconds, sighed and began acting as if we just insulted her because she became very rude and was basically throwing things around carelessly. We started with an appetizer of assorted cheeses and cold cuts. Since the menu wasn't specific, I asked the server what cheese it would come with before I ordered, and she said mozzarella, gorgonzola and parmesan. It arrived at the table without any parmesan - disappointing as I had specifically asked about this before ordering. The artichokes were dry and hard, and the olives were sliced black olives from a can that were completely dried out. It should have come with sun dried tomatoes but instead came with sliced cherry tomatoes that were not fresh. There was also far too little bread - just one slice of toast bread cut into quarters.

We also ordered soups, which didn't have any major problems, but certainly were not anything special.

We politely asked the server about the discrepancies between what we ordered and what we received. She said she would ask the kitchen, but she never got back to us.
