Coffee Works — Restaurant in Budapest

Disappointed! The most unwilling staff! I ask for lungo and the lady said they only have espresso or batch brew. So I asked if I could get an espresso with a bit more hot water. She asked her colleague and they both said no 😄 I mean seriously? I know how a coffee machine works and a bit of hot water is a matter of 2seconds tops! Anyways, the barista hands me a coffee in a mug when whilst ordering, I started the sentence that I want the coffee to go. My friend and I had a three day trip to Budapest, and came to this coffee shop on our last day en-route to the Great Market Hall. The coffee in here was brilliant, but the member of staff who served us was even better! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he was so friendly and he offered us lots of advice about how we should spend our last day and what was worth/not worth seeing in the city. I see other bad reviews, but my experience was a good one. Interesting location, convenient if you parked in the garage upstairs as you can access it directly in the shop. I visited early afternoon, approximately 1300 (back in November), walking back to my airbnb after shopping at the market. It was not crowded, and I placed my cappuccino order quickly.
