We ordered the steak sandwich and salmon eggs benedict. They were both delicious. I turned the steak slices on the sandwich to be perpendicular to the direction of eating, and it made it a lot easier to eat. (At first, the slices were parallel with the eating direction, and it didn't work so well.) We also got a mimosa and a Hugo. The mimosa seemed to be made with freshly-squeezed orange juice. They were both excellent, a good size, and fairly-priced. We were disappointed that the menu didn't include the Bulgogi Benedict, which we saw on the menu on the restaurant website. The server told us that it's at a different location, but the website lists 3 locations and he didn't know which one (or even offer to find out for us). The atmosphere is very casual. The rugs on the concrete floor are a strange choice, as they seem to catch a lot of crumbs and small trash that the staff misses. It was hot while we were there, with the air-conditioner blowing right in front of the propped-open door. We appreciate that there was free, self-service water. (Would've appreciated it more if it had been cold, but it's more than many restaurants, bars, or cafes in Hungary provide.) There's an automatic 13% service fee added on top of the listed prices. (It's stated on the menu.) Prices for food are a bit high, but not entirely unreasonable. Overall, it was very good and we enjoyed the food and drink, but we'll check out another location next time. Hopefully we'll figure out which one has the Bulgogi Benedict.

This place is highly overrated! We had beef bagel and eggs florentine. My eggs were ok, but nothing special. Too fat for me, something called “English muffin” is just a simple bun from grocery store. Beef bagel wasn’t the best choice either. It comes with pickles, but if you don’t eat them you’ll just get plain bagel with meet. Pickles cannot be replaced with greasy vegetables or salad. This place doesn’t have fresh vegetables at all. Coffee is bad. Even though it’s a specialty coffee shop, it doesn’t have V60. I tried batch brew and it was ok-ish, but I expect better coffee in such places. My husband had cappuccino which was also not tasty. He ordered it from the beginning, but asked to do it after the meal, and when he finished the meal and plates were taken we were waiting for too long for this cappuccino. The service is bad in this place, you have to wait for too long even for receipt. And any what you have to pay additional money for this service (it’s included to the receipt) I don’t recommend this place, there are much better places for breakfast and coffee in Budapest

Close to the central market, the eyes are attracted by a corner cafe; the name of the sign shop is very small, the Always FCKN Double on the blackboard is very large, not meticulous and not simple, but has a unique temperature. So the next two hours were lazy here, until sunset. I am not sure that DoubleShot Partisan Coffee uses the word Partisan. There is no other meaning besides the literal meaning, but I am too lazy to ask, just use my intuition. This is a place where DoubleShot is a good party. The most eye-catching thing in the room is a woman's mural with a bohemian style on the wall (if a celebrity, I am sorry for my shallow knowledge), I picked a small seat on the sofa and ordered a rare shrimp and pear salad, with Latte, face to the woman on the wall, slowly and gradually, it seems to have the feeling of the same party, become the same as DoubleShot. i did really enjoy to stay in here before leave Budapest, No worry, will come back soon, deeply in love with DoubelShot Partisan Coffee.

Been one of my go-to places for a long while now, with excellent, tasty and creative dishes and delicious coffee. My heart breaks that I have to leave this review, but what is unacceptable is unfortunately unacceptable, and that is exactly the word I would use to describe the service during my last visit. We were greeted with not only no hello, but the waitress rolled her eyes, scoffed as she tore off her next piece of paper to take our order and without even making eye contact she took our order in the most rude manner possible. I asked for my coffee with sproud milk (I am Hungarian and asked in Hungarian mind you) and she had no idea what I was talking about and when she finally understood she said “you mean pea milk??!!!” in a disgusted tone….I’m just like if you don’t know your own products just say that instead of trying to shift the blame to the customer. I watched as she turned away tourists in annoyance and served people extremely rudely the rest of our time spent in the restaurant…all I can say is…I know what it’s like to work in the service industry and how stressful it can be because I’m in it myself. If you’re not cut out for it or don’t like it, you don’t need to do it. This attitude will always leave a lasting bad impression on customers and is very unattractive quality for such a popular business. I genuinely found it abhorrent. The rest of the staff was nicer and more accommodating and the food was nice as usual, but unfortunately I feel this is important critique that needed to be said. Only reason I’m leaving two stars...
