Erzsike Espresso & Lángos — Restaurant in Budapest

We had a very bad exprience there. We went there for the first time, we had limited time becasue we were on the way to a cruise. we ordered 4 langos with only cheese (no sour cream) and a toast with only cheese. it took 15 minutes to make, and they got everything wrong - they put sour cream on 3 out of 4 langos, and the toast had meat in it, which we couldn't eat due to food restrictions, and we already had to leave so the kids had to share a single langos, andwe were left hungry at least the single langos we had was tasty

Then we thought it's a single instance so we came back there 2 days later. I asked for exactly the same thing. they made a mistake in the bill, and treated me like I waas stupied and didn't understand math, just to realize after a few minutes that they overcharged me. then they prepared the food - the toast was okay this time, but the langos were over fried, which made them hard and not tasty instead of soft and tasty

I would say that the first time is an honest mistake but making 2 consecutive mistakes and making the langos wrong when this is their main thing...

❤️❤️❤️I’m here as a tourist and had my very first Lángos at Erzsike Espresso & Lángos – and it was absolutely amazing! Fresh, crispy, and full of flavor – a true taste experience. The service was just as great: the lady who served us was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home.

Tip: Lángos goes perfectly with a cold beer – highly recommended! 🍺
