UPDATE: I got compensated for the unpleasant experience, thus 5* for customer service and customer-friendliness. I will be still a returning customer and thank you for listening and taking actions! :))
I loved and visited hummusbar for years, but what's happened to the portions? The services is friendly and nice, fast. But I got a small hummus plate with only one pita which was small as my palm (and believe me I am a small person). I couldn't even eat all the hummus from the plate with that small breadpiece but had to spoon on its own. Also the hummus in my plate was more like smudged/smeared on the sides of the plate not like a while ago that it had "depths". I am not a big eater and also vegetarian but I stayed hungry afterall. The cashier was so nice and their little gifts was so pleasant that I can only...
