Pesti Pipi Corvin — Restaurant in Budapest

Even though the restaurant was almost empty, the staff was genuinely horrible. Let’s start with the fact that they didn’t even say hello (!), look at me, or acknowledge me in any way, despite no other guests waiting in line. They took my order in an extremely rude and unresponsive manner, the girl was rolling her eyes at me while joking & laughing with the other staff members. After this, I waited for like 10 minutes for the order, while listening to the staff playing & shouting with eachother while giggling. Just the most unprofessional & childish behavior. I feel like I should be compensated for this ridiculous treatment, but honestly I’d rather not step my foot in this restaurant again. Oh and the food wasn’t even...

They are suppposably open until 23:00. The girl at the counter said 23:00. I'm eating my dinner and a long dirty haired male employee comes up to me and tells me they are closing at 22:48. I tell him they close at 23:00. He lies to my face and says 22:50. I check on the sign going out at it's 23:00. This disgrace of service industry didn't let me finish my dinner in peace so he can get off work 10 minutes earlier. Never again...

edit: they have better fries now and they are great! Its a 5/5 now! would be perfect if they had better fries. The burgers are great but the fries are very disappointing. Only kfc has worse fries, every other fast food chain has better. They are mushy inside and out, too thick and have an uneven consistency.
