My husband and I stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant on the night we arrived in Budapest. We had walked up and down the road past many restaurants but this one felt right - had a good vibe, music playing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was exceptional - so fresh and delicious! We are from Australia and had dinner here 2 out of our 3 night stay in Budapest - can highly recommend...

I ordered the grilled chicken with potatoes. The chicken breast was spoiled, old meat and not edible. The potatoes were great. When I told the waitress the meat was spoiled and not safe to eat, she offered another dish but by this time I lost confidence in their food. I will not return, there are so many other great places to eat...

Food was okay, however If the server at the door claims the food is very traditional i would expect it to be a little more so - chicken paprika served with chicken breast and pasta is not what i would really expect. Bone in Chicken and Nokedli should really be a minimum, Particularly for the price.

When I told the waitress the meat was spoiled and not safe to eat, she offered another dish but by this time I lost confidence in their food. I will not return, there are so many other great places to eat in Budapest.

We had a great visit! The food was excellent and the atmosphere were simply fabulous. Our waiter Demas looked after us very carefully and answered all our questions in a friendly and competent manner. We will definitely be back and can only recommend this restaurant!
