Karma Boutique Apartments — Hotel in Budapest

Disregard the reviews you see from 2 years ago.the owners have clearly taken note and it was spotless. |The bedding smelt fresh,kitchen,bathroom spot on.|The apartment we were allocated had 2 bedrooms . This place could sleep 6. (2 on a sofa bed)|The kitchen is well equipped. |Separate loo and shower. Always good when several people staying together. |Towels hairdryer and iron /ironing board supplied. |Air con.|WiFi|Loads of wardrobe space and hangers.|Security is good.|Access by a door next to beckett Irish bar where the staff are friendly.|Well situated fro attractions /exploring. |Great value for money 200 euro for 4 nights working out at 25 per person per night when 2 sharing or 8.33 each if 6.|This is on the first floor. As previously stated these apartments are above Becket’s Irish bar in a lovely little square very well located in central Budapest, easily within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. We arrived late but check in was easy as the staff in the bar called the landlady and got the keys within minutes whilst we drank a Guinness! We also ate in the Irish bar which was fine, nothing to rave about but reasonable food and pricing, I expected a studio apartment with a mezzanine as there were 3 of us but in the event we had a palatial 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. All very clean and warm although it was minus 2 outside. The beds were very comfortable and although the ancient lift was audible in its clunky journey to higher floors, there was no other noise. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs as we wanted a kettle and microwave because there were lots of restaurants and food joints in the square to eat out at. Would definitely say here again if we return...

This is by far the best location to stay in Budapest! You are block from the main metro station to take you anywhere you want to explore. There is 2 markets very near by. We cooked breakfast in the morning at the apartment to save a little more on money and it made a big difference. We ate out for lunch and dinner. The apartment is located above 2 restaurants. One is an Irish pub and the other is an Italian restaurant. The square which the apartment is located in also has a variety of other places to eat such as traditional hungarian food and American. The apartment We stayed in was very large in size and slept 4 people although only 2 of us traveled here. The price, location, and size was outstanding. If we ever make it back to Budapest I wouldn't stay...
