Overall the food and wine pairing was good. One or two dishes that were not really my (and the rest of the table's...) taste, but that can always happen. I liked the reception, starters and menu explanation at the ground level. Dinner was in de cellar which overall looks good. However our group of 5 was placed at the far end in a separate area. There the interior was not very attractive. Also the light was very white and not warm. On top of it there was quite some noise from the kitchen. But the most disappointing was the service. First of all we had a lot of different waiters and most of them just did their job without a lot of enthusiasm and real attention for customer service. Didn't really feel like a warm welcome. Secondly, the way the table was set does not level up with the quality of the food and price level. Two examples: the cutlery (replaced after each course) was placed at the table without any attention for detail. And empty bread basket and butter remained at the table for at least 3 courses before they took it away. Overall it was pretty disappointing considering that we paid almost 200 euros per person. Especially the service lacked the quality that I would expect in this type of restaurant and...

Really good michellin guide experience. The menu was surprisingly big, i arrived hungry and left completely full.

Not a to criticize as i rated the place 5* but some comments where i think it could be even better.

The lights could be a bit warmer in the restaurant.

However the service and attention was really good, they should offer the wine pairing a bit less times. (We choosed to go without wine pairing and got wine bottle instead) but it was mentioned at least 4 times that we could choose the pairing option.

The 3 desserts wasn't necessary in my opinion, the sea buckthorn-honey one was perfect, the lard pastry sith plum was a bit heavy for me in the end, the bonbons were a nice closing.

There was a dish mentioned on the menu when we booked what never arrived something with watermelon and tomato, but maybe we it was just an IT issue, and we went when the menu was changed

Professional staff, good complete menu, i would recommend...

I came here twice, both in 2021 in February then April. Quite frankly both times were the most intimate and amazing dining experiences I’ve experienced. The main restaurant was still closed to in person dining so we ate in the next door flat with a maximum of 6 people. Every single dish was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. The benefit of flat dining meant we were able to watch the final assembly or even cooking done right in front of us - not something you usually get at a restaurant like this. The overall experience felt more personal and inclusive and less managed. Really have to give credit to the amazing waitstaff for also working through language barriers to deliver top of the line service and explaining dishes in great detail. Their knowledge of the ingredients and wine was truly remarkable. The thoughtfulness of the ingredients, complexity and synthesis of contrasting flavors was absolutely stunning. Absolutely must visit if you can!

We had a very pleasant dining experience even is we missed the wine tasting as our company went for no alcohol, next time we will try that too. We found amongst the 12 dishes some interesting combinations in taste but also some safe bets as well. The service was impeccable, paying attention to every detail and sharing a good amount of detail about the ingredients. We liked that they make you change location during the dinner. Price wise I guess we paid a slightly higher price for the service quality as the ingredients used were mainly local (Hungarian fusion cuisine), no doubt about their taste was great but just wondering if the that would justify a slightly above average cost for a fine dining restaurant. Ps.: The pictures quality is not great due to low light conditions.
