Nova Apartments Budapest — Hotel in Budapest

hello last week we were in an apartment for 5 people. I note that the apartment was a DE LUXE apartment and there were 3 of us. The apartment was devastated, the tiles were cracked, the silicone moldy, the kettle in the kitchen was destroyed, the pipe was missing a metal plate, the parquet floors were swollen and devastated. We had an apartment on the third floor and facing the street. The only positive thing was that the street was noisy, but the windows were double, that is, two in a row, but what was the biggest problem above us in the apartment, on Friday at 10:30 p.m., the housekeeper started making a disco with mega loud music until it got to such a stage that I had to go there go in person at 11.30 p.m. and solve it with the owner. Then there was silence. The next day, on Saturday, it was quiet until 11:30 p.m. and then the owner of the apartment on the 4th floor came again, of course, with a group, and the party began, the disco, noise, and I note that they went on until 4:30 in the morning. To summarize, the DE LUXE apartment was not even suitable for 2 stars in a worker's dormitory. If I were the owner of the apartment, I would fall into the ground if I rented it. I definitely don't recommend NOVA apartments to potential future apartment buyers, because when I think back to the weekend we were there, it was the worst thing I've ever done in the accommodation we rented, and we've already walked a lot and I can compare it. Where to start ! I have just spent the best part of a month here on a business trip and the staff are incredible.||Arrived late and my luggage didn’t ! They helped me get to a local mall that was open late for business clothes as had 3 meetings next day starting at 9am|And jeans are a no no. Needed a tape measure as mine was in my case - they hunted around and found theirs which they leant me. ||My luggage arrived next day and they called me to let me know it had been dropped off.||The apartments are well equipped lovely and warm and the location is excellent - walking distance to most central areas and well located for public transport and taxis are inexpensive and always around if you need one. ||Half a dozen steps from the front door you have 24 hour stores and close by lots of restaurants of many cuisines if you wish to stay local and if you want to cook there’s a Spar 5 mins walk too.||If you rip your jacket like I did there’s a couple of tailors stores close by happy to make repairs - just about anything you want right here. ||The photos of the outside of the building may not be immediately appealing but don’t let that put you off.||Did I mention how fabulous - lovely and ever so helpful and friendly the staff are. Working away a lot can get lonely but they made me feel like I was at home. ||This will always be my preceded style in Budapest.||Be sure to book a room in the courtyard - the terraces are great and would be lovely in the summer and it’s so peaceful not a part place - I believe it’s a mix of residential and holiday let’s.||Thanks and hope to...

We had a great experience at the Nova Apartments. The location could not have been better, being within walking distance to most popular places to visit and is right next to lots of good food options. The reception is in a separate building which would have been good to know to avoid confusion upon arrival. The staff were helpful and open to giving any help needed. The building itself is very busy, lots of people going in and out which we found helpful because lots of people had confusion as to where to put the fob to get access to inside the building. The inside of the building is VERY dark and was a little unnerving. The lights are on timer and only come on when you push the individual switches which means you mostly walk into each corridor in blackness. Definitely prepare with a phone torch!!|Our apartment itself was very big, had heating, air-con, tv, hair dryer and kitchen utilities. They offered welcoming coffee etc and a personalised note. From other reviews, it does appear to be pot luck with what apartment you get and how sound proof it is. Ours was on second floor and we barely heard anything, only the occasional noise from neighbours.|The internet is very bad but we found that connecting to the other rooms...
