We r disapointed (pengalaman paling memalukan) but we r kind tourist so i give u 2star. (Sorry if my english not good enough)

13-15 Nov 22 we r stayd @deluxe downtown 3rd fl, we book with breakfast which is breakfast in luzja (partnership). We r 8 people. Day 1 the service is good, nice but 1 of my order (coffe) untill we finish d breakfast its not coming. my ucle when he take breakfast they charge him which is my uncle not choose the breakfast with extra charge.

Day2 my aunt take breakfast @ d same place, they yelling in front of all customer we eat n run yesterday, they ask my aunt to pay first. So.. she calld the owner of apartment, to explaind n the reastaurant say sorry n service my aunt. (Thanks for this, but u already humiliate my aunt) @d same day me n my husband take breakfast, when we finishd and we say thanyou and go outside, he call us and ask to pay (in front of other customer) we explain we are guest from apartment... and he said its extracharge. I ask him which one in my order is extra charge (he cant explain, only say extra extra extra) we told him ask your friend, before we eat we already ask which one in the menu are included, and there is no extra charge. He ask his friend, then tell us oh okay, just it?? Without sorry??! All eyes on us bro...

Is it scam?? Please fix ur managment for partnership, write every customer in partnership or give us breakfast coupon.

Ohya... in day 1 we eat outside its very cold, i ask the waitters is it possible we sit inside? She said already full, i saw 3table combined into one with 3people (1family) (is it because we r asian??!)

I hope this doesnt happen to other tourist espacially asian tourist. Thank you lujza thanks for ur kindness as long as we enjoy...

If I could give it less I would, we was approached by a man who was clearly trying to get customers in due to them probably not getting enough customers. We looked at the menu and it seemed good. He then tells us he doesn’t have several main items on the menu, we ordered drinks and they took about 15 minutes to come. We ordered another round and it was in a glass significantly smaller than the other one. Same price. Our food came out and it was cold. Not even lukewarm. We sent it back and asked for our “fresh” bread that they had forgot to bring out. After 10 minutes the bread comes out and it’s dry and disgusting. They bring the food back for a second time and it’s only hot in the middle. Waiter said it’ll be made fresh but it was clearly just microwaved. After not even eating 1/4 of the food we complained. The rude female waitress demand we pay because we had eaten “half” when we barely touched it. We then had to haggle it down to only pay for drinks because the food was inedible! The bolognese was too sweet and disgusting. So after getting a new priced bill she mentioned service charge. I politely asked if it was possible if we could take off the service charge because we wasn’t happy with the service. She rudely said if you don’t pay service charge she will phone the police. The man who pestered us to come in came in and asked what the problem was and I asked if I had to legally pay the service charge and he said it’s Hungarian law. Regardless I just paid it and will never be returning again. Please do not come here. Worst place i’ve...

Nice place in appearance...but terrible service and awful food. I wonder why owner do not hire more attentive people, or instruct them how to be a proper waiter, and put a bit of love to the food they serve (just a single-tiny-bit!). The waiter kept getting our orders wrongly: we order two wines, he brought one; he brings a bottle of water, but no glasses...he was totally careless. When our food arrives he realizes he forgot the cutlery. Five minutes pass, he is not back with it, so I decide to go to the bar and ask myself. When he finally brings it, and I mention I got it already he just leaves it in the table...not an apology, not a thank you, no nothing. Was the waiter busy in a full restaurant? Nope. There was just one more table aside of us. About the food: I had an oil-ish cordon blue, with a flavourless and passed rice and my friend a spaghetti bolognese that she barely tried: it was inedible.

Why the owner of a place like this would not care about his customers at all, regardless of the fact that they have an excellent location, is a mystery to me. Big shame, but I am sure karma will hit back one day. A pity I did not do a google search before to avoid this place, as it seems by the reviews that there is quorum about the kind of...
