Since I write a lot of reviews, I concluded it would be easier if I just went with a standard template. To make reviews easier to read I will use a simple plus +/minus system and at the bottom I will add comments for things not covered otherwise. TLDR: + Good/- Bad, comments at the end What was Good: + Staff was super friendly and helpful. + Hotel’s Airport Shuttle was comfortable and efficient (Additional charge) + Location is excellent. + Hotel was very clean. + Very large rooms (we had a two-bedroom apartment) + Ample supply of linens + Well lit + Great natural light What was bad: - Breakfast was a disaster. We stayed there for four nights and paid the extra for breakfast to make our lives easier. I would not do that again; I would find a grocery and buy some cereal or a bakery and eat fresh bread. Breakfast seemed to be chronically understaffed with something always empty, coffee machine broken, dirty dishes lying about or unclean tables. To be clear, from what I could see the limited staff were doing their best but could not keep up. The quality was also poor. I have low standards for hotel breakfasts, but this failed to meet them. I am not sure what they did to the scrambled eggs, but every day except the last they were well overcooked. On the last day it was a mix of over and undercooked. Perhaps the warmer was set too high? - Badly in need of a remodel, but perhaps that explains the reasonable price in the heart of Budapest. - Curtains do not close completely which is both a light issue and a privacy issue Other Comments: I would stay there again, but I would not do breakfast.

The location is the best and the staff is really nice. The rooms probably looked good in the 70' but now they are old and dusty and no, not vintage. The rooms are very spacious but the carpet which is all over the place is extremely dirty ( please see photos ) Bathroom also looks old and rusty, did not feel comfortable showering or touching more then required. If you are traveling with your pet, get ready to be robbed. We paid 150 for accomodation and 80 for our dog 😂 yeap, 80 euros for a pet, of course it's not written anywhere that the tax is more then half the accomodation. In the questions it says 40 bit yeah, that was last year, now it's double. I'd totally not recommend it, if they renovate maybe yeah but like this you risk to get a fungus or something worse. P.S Try not to touch the couch with your skin, our couch smelled like sweat, like it was soaked in sweat.

We are currently staying in this hotel. We paid more than 200 Euros per night. The experience is absolutely not at the level of a marriott residence. The hotel is outdated, and we have been granted a room with no natural light (for a 6 day stay…) The breakfast is simply a joke, very limited choice, no nutella for 3 days, sometimes scrambled eggs (overcooked), roquette salad not fresh, pancake once every 4 days, toaster not working, no more hot milk. Today, we arrived some 10minutes before the breakfast was over, almost everything was packed. After talking to the lady, she hardly brought back anything. As a result, we did not have breakfast, which is not acceptable. Attached photo of the breakfast at marriott residence budapest.

I cannot be more dissatisfied and disappointed with Marriot executive suites in Budapest. I came for a vacation with my fiancé who is platinum elite marriot member and he always stays in Marriott all over the world. We booked this suite because of it s location and size. After 5 hour trip we came to check in- they told us AC doesn’t work! And it won’t work while we stay there (4 nights). Outside it is humidity and 30 degrees and in the city centre so whenever you open the window it is noise. When we asked if we can get this fixed somehow they told us open the windows and we put fan (small fan that barely works) We entered the room it was full of dust and out dated. We didn’t sleep whole night, we took two cold showers and left room in the morning so we can spend day outside. Once we came back we saw our next door neighbors moved out because of same problem. I entered the room and window was closed and fan didn’t work (room cleaning ladies did that) I couldn’t breath and I wanted to move to other hotel. We booked another Marriott branch 100 m away and asked for refund, because ofc we expected we would be informed if ac didn’t work. On comments we saw later this problem is there for 2 months already! We didn’t even get breakfast for free! We got coupon for 1 glass of wine or beer in another chain in rooftop that didn’t work for 2 days because of private party. So now manager told us he ll charge us extra night because we wanted to check out after 6 pm, and we didn’t even stay in the room today! This is so disappointing, we felt so bad and we re furious with manager and service in Marriott executive suites. With this, you just give a bad mark on whole Marriott chain! Thank god we didn’t care about that we went to Matild luxury Marriott hotel and here everything is amazing. Still we feel bad about how we were treated and my fiancé is upset because always he goes to Marriott and all business trips he choose this chain. After this, I don’t know if that will be the case. Shame on you Millenium court Marriott Budapest...

We were 4 couples on the trip of 5 nights to Budapest. This is the third year we are traveling to Budapest for F1 at Hungagoring. We are experienced travelers to Budapest and this was our first stay at hour facility. The stay was really good. The appartments were cool and clean and the bed was exelent. There were no noice during the night so we all slept well. I was a bit confused as I arranged for these appartments allready in January with a comment "with view - high up". When we arrived on Friday, we got floors 4, 5 and 6. The bookings where made 3 appartments in 1 booking and then one booking for 1 appartment. (this due to your booking system not giving possibility to book 4 appartments at a time). When I asked why we were booked in the lower floors and on 3 different floors - I got the answer that the rooms were occupied and we should have booked with specific information of what rooms we wanted. This is of course totally impossible as this was our first stay in your hotel so we did not know where the rooms are. Please provide a lay out of your hotel on your www page if this information is needed for you when you ask in your reservation of any preferences. It only takes a little planning to be able to provide rooms for a group on the same floor and with a view. Of course I understand that it is not sometimes possible - but the answer we got "you should have asked for a specific room" was totally stupid. Just say that it was not possible and you are sorry. Don't make it out so that the customer thinks she is stupid by not specifictly telling what rooms. Even with this insident - our stay was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Next time I will book a specific room - let's see what...
