Margarita Seafood restaurant and bar — Restaurant in Budapest

Budapest itself is already so beautiful. The last thing I expected was the amount of DELICIOUS Vietnamese/Asian food spots there. Margarita Seafood restaurant and bar is one of them. My husband and I ordered many of their dishes, from seafood, thai food, and even chinese food. Every single dish was amazing and unique. Their spicy fish sauce (provided with seafood orders) is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING! I've only ever had that sauce 3 times in my life (1 of those times was in Vietnam) and its taste is very unique and flavorful. I wish I could buy a bottle of that sauce. We were so hungry that I did not get to take pics of all the food we ordered before we dove in. A few dishes we ordered were Razor Clams, Tom Yum soup, Glass Noodles with Fried Duck, and much more. We arrived here more than an hour ago and I still didn't get my order. My partners ate already, and every time we ask about the food we are answered "OK OK OK. It's coming." At one point they came with one roll of sushi (I ordered 3) and it was the wrong one!! After we sorted out the order from the beginning, still nothing for a while. Then I got really impatient and told him I was waiting already 50 minutes. His answer was "do you want to cancel?" !!! No! I'm hungry! I want to eat!! Now the sushi comes slowly out. I was initially very excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. The food didn't live up to the glowing reviews I had read beforehand. The seafood dishes, in particular, were underwhelming—not only were they overpriced, but they also arrived lukewarm and undercooked, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there was a 10% service charge added to the bill. While I understand that many restaurants implement this, it still contributed to the overall dissatisfaction.
